thank you! i have been trying to be grain free for over a year, and that is difficult but has worked very well for me. i love bread though, so i have to have some every couple of days. pilates is really good for toning and i have also found that when i wear comfortable shoes i will walk more. i know that sounds dumb but it actually makes a huge difference! walking. who knew?
