Would you ever get a tattoo on your face/neck/hands?
A
I don't think so, at least not for now. I want to do acting stuff and be able to transform into another character, but I also love how it looks to have tattoos on those areas. Perhaps I can do it when I'm much older!

I love motorcycles. It's important for me to be flatfooted and able to control the bike, so the seat height plays a major role. I love Harley Davidson because the bikes are low and comfortable yet totally manageable. They've got great options for women who want more power.
How do you leave the demons behind and outrun them?
A
I don't know. Usually I give myself over to them at least for a moment but am then able to get myself back. It's a constant struggle.
What was it like recording captain cameltoe with Ani DiFranco? Love that track by the way.

Thank you! I love Ani. She's awesome. We recorded in her home studio and it was incredible. She played all the instruments and built the track with a drum sample. It was genius. We ate alligator cheesecake afterwards. Perfect day.
Hi Margaret! Is it different now for Female commediennes, than when you started out?
A
I dunno if it's different but I do think that this is a hard business for women. We don't have the same support system as the guys do. It's tough. I always prefer female comics though. The best are Joan Rivers, Sarah Silverman and Tig Notaro.
will u be coming to eugene oregon on tour

Thank you!! I love tattooed ladies! I am getting portraits of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln on my kneecaps on Wednesday from Craig Jackman at American Electric in Los Angeles. That place and Memoir Tattoo is where I get most of my work done nowadays. Craig is a genius, as are Shawn Barber, Kim Saigh, James Spencer Briggs and Brendan Rowe. I love all my tattoo artists. They are the best in the world.

I love the Bonneville!! Triumphs are absolutely stunning, and I also love the custom Tritons, which are Triumphs cross pollinated with a Norton. Amazing! It's tempting to get all of them. I am planning to get a Benly, which is the baby version of the Honda dream, as well as a Nighthawk from the 80s. Hondas are really machines that stand the test of time. Mine runs heavenly and it's older than me!! My favorite bike - hm - that is hard to say. It might be the Motoguzzi v7. It's too big for me, but i go and visit one often at the Italian motorcycle place down the street from me. It just might be my next bike. It's got a 60s/70s styling but a modern motorcycle in every other way. It's taller than i would like so i have to get better at riding before i can consider it! And of course there is the awesome legacy of Harley Davidson. i love Harleys. i saw a Dyna last night and I was talking to the owner about it, almost crying. I can hear the growl and roar of a harley coming from miles away.
When you look back at your previous stand-up DVDs, what do you think to yourself?
A
I think I am pretty funny and I forgot all those jokes, so I actually laugh. Sometimes I think I would have done my hair differently or wore something else, but overall I am really happy with my choices especially with material. The performances were always stellar. I am always proud about that!

Thank you! I am planning on getting covered up, but also be able to go without anyone knowing i have any too - so no plans to get any highly visible areas. I think i may do those places when I am really old, like if i get to 80 or 90. That would be amazing to get knuckles done at that age. something really tough and wild like TRANIMAL or TRANMA - which I am both!
